Ilocano, like all its sister languages, is an Austronesian language of the Philippine type spoken by about ten million people. It is a member of the Cordilleran language family which comprises the following languages of Luzon Island, Philippines: Because of the importance of Ilocano in Northern Luzon, it has been called the "National Language of the North." Many ethnic groups from the northern regions of the country are more at home in their second language, Ilocano, than the national language of the country, Tagalog (Pilipino). This is undoubtedly due to the historical prestige of the language and the accessibility of its speakers. There has been a national language shift, however, in the last few years due to the extensive use of Tagalog in the media and the national program to promote the Pilipino language in elementary and secondary schools. Ilocano remains a regional langauge with no political power or use in education past the early elementary years
.As this sound exists also in Pangasinan, we might be able to attribute this difference as a remnant left behind by ethnic Pangasinenses who are now mother tongue speakers of Ilocano.Because of these we should keep and proud that we are ailokano .

‘Equal Rights, Equal Opportunities
IN order to build a great democratic, just, fair and humane society, it is of utmost importance to arouse the broad masses of our people to join the struggle that will ensure "equal rights, equal opportunities and progress for all".Genuine equality between women and men, girls and boys can only be realised in the process of a just, fair and humane transformation of our society as a whole.Women must not be treated as mere passive participants in national development. But they must enjoy fundamental rights and freedoms befitting all human beings, both in domestic and public life. Women need to be treated justly in families, workplaces, public life and the Church.
Today, as yesterday, there is no other formula for building our country into a prosperous, just, fair and humane nation: we must emerge from ourselves, we must devote ourselves to the cause of women - to the discriminated, very marginalised and poorest. And perhaps this is the moment to take seriously something that theology has been telling us in its too spiritualistic and too academic way: salvation comes by way of a woman - Mary, the virgin of the cross and of the Magnificat. Salvation comes to us through all women who love truth more than lies, who are more eager to give than to receive, and whose love is that supreme love that gives life rather than keeping it for oneself.
We should be aware that the liberation of women from these injustices is part and parcel of the liberation of all the poor and oppressed. This realisation demands a total rupture with the prevailing patriarchal system in order to build an egalitarian society. The women's struggle is deeply connected with efforts of all the poor who are struggling for their upliftment in all aspects of life.
NEW YEAR, NEW ME
Do you make New Year's resolutions? But what is a resolution? A resolution is a promise. It is a promise that you make to yourself! It is a tradition for people to make resolutions at the beginning of a new year. These are the my new year's resolutions.
One sort of resolution has to do only with myself. I might decide to gain more weight, to stop eating candy, to exercise more, or to watch less TV. Other resolutions might involve to family or friends. I could resolve to be more patient with my little sister, to be more helpful to my parents., or not to get into fights with your classmates. Some of my resolutions are about school and the outside world, such as getting to class on time, trying for better grades and I want to spend more time to my family and my friends. Life is too short.
So I will manage to keep these promises, so that it will make me feel better about myself. It's important not to make wild resolutions that are too difficult to follow. My promises to myself should not be too hard to keep. This are my new years resolution.

ESSENSE OF CHRISTMAS
Christmas is the Christian celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, who is considered the Son of God, and the savior of all people. With the birth of Christ, Christianity essentially begins; thus, Christmas also celebrates the beginning of Christianity.
The Mass is the ceremonial slaying of Jesus Christ over and over again, followed by the eating of his flesh and the drinking of his blood. The Mass is the death sacrifice, and the "Host" is the victim. This is official Roman Catholic doctrine, and "Christmas" is a word that they invented. Again, I ask, what is so merry about the pain, bleeding, suffering and death of Jesus Christ? Satan has done quite a job of getting millions of so-called "Christians" to blaspheme. What a deceiver he is.Now you know the true meaning of the word "Christmas" or Mass of Christ. There is much more to know about this pagan holiday, and we will be glad to provide you with plenty of evidence that Jesus was not born on December 25th, and that Christmas is not only a lie, but is actually a witches' sabbat called "Yule" in clever disguise. Pleat I'm ablease contact us at the address below, and for the sake of your soul, flee from idolatryn and is time th to spend with family and friends catching up on times that we weren't able to have. And since I live in Japan it doesn't mean as much any more because I'm not able to be with the rest of my family.....but I still love it, not just for getting presents but still being able to be with what family I have.
Everyone wants Christmas to be meaningful. Christmas is definitely the season for gifts and shopping. During Christmas, a lot of people go to malls to buy various gifts to be given to their friends and loved ones. People just need to spend more during Christmas season. So for me this is the essense of Christmas

HOW TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Never quit, never surrender and most of all never give up.Problems is one our struggle in life which we should face it. Such in our country, Philippines is a good place to visit. But there are also many major problems in the Philippines that hard to solve.
Economics status, corruption, overpopulation, financial crisis and poverty, this are some problems of our should be solve and make a different on it. Especially the overpopulation for me. We know that these is very hard to control. If we can not do action on it many worst thing will happened in our country. Where we are afraid to happened that in our country. Such as poverty, pollution, shortage of food and financial problems. So, how we can survive if this.
So, should do an action on it for a better different of our country. We should help one another and control the overpopulation. But the importance is we can help slow it down we must take action on it first how to control it.
CLIMATE CNANGE
Climate change is a significant and lasting change in the statistical distribution of weather patterns over periods ranging from decades to millions years.Climate change is common related to global warming. But not exactly, they are closely related and some people use the terms interchangeably. Global warming causes climates to change, refer to rising global temperature while climate change includes other more specific kinds of changes, too.
As we understand the climate change. This happening is causes of volcanic erruption, ocean current earth orbital changes and solar variation and many more. We know that this is one of the biggest problem we afraid to happen in our country because of the worst effect of it in our life. Like sea level rising, melting ice may lead to change in ocean circulation and the melting sea ice is speeding up warming in the ARCTIC and we know that because so many system tied to climate, a change in climate can also effect many related to aspects of where and how people, plants, and animals live.Such food production, availability and use of water and health risks
Now, we are now facing the climate change. We are now suffering some of it's effect. So, we should now think action how to stop it and control. We can help slow it down, but we must take action first how to stop it.
